Can I add Nuclyo to a home I already live in?
Yes. Nuclyo communicates wirelessly, with smart switches and lighting drivers fitted where needed. No dedicated automation control cabling or elaborate automation drawings. Normal electrical fitting and compatibility checks still apply.
Will everyone need an app?
Physical switches give everyone a familiar way to use the home. The app and compatible voice controls offer other ways to set the scene or manage a device.
How long does installation take?
3 days from the agreed installation start, not from your enquiry. We confirm the scope and what needs to be ready before fitting begins.
What does the seven-year warranty cover?
All hardware supplied by Nuclyo. It does not extend to an existing TV, AC or other appliance simply because Nuclyo controls it. Full warranty terms are provided with your quotation.
What happens if I need help?
A technician visits by the next working day. This is a commitment to an on-site visit; repair completion depends on the issue.
Can I choose where to automate curtains?
Yes. Choose the rooms where it makes a difference. Motors, tracks and fitting are clearly itemised in your home’s scope.
